Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our aromatic candles. If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that have been used, burned, or damaged may not be eligible for return.

Please include your order number and reason for return in your message. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds will not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your aromatic candle for a different scent, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective aromatic candle, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or burned
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
